THERE’S SOMETHING STRANGE IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Given that the East Passyunk Avenue Fall Fest was in full swing Saturday, it’s no surprise that the crowd included a mad mix of superheroes, frogs, princesses and one extremely large chicken.
So to celebrate Halloween, we’re featuring all our costumed players and their parents today.
And, yes, even the bear and the chicken got along this weekend – which makes us think there’s an over-sized metaphor there for this high-stress election season….
I AIN’T AFRAID OF NO GHOSTS
Of course, by the time these two masked Day of the Dead skeletons strolled in, Kate was so brain-fried that she kept asking them to smile more for the camera…..
“Is she kidding us, or what?”
WHO YOU GONNA CALL?
So, many thanks to everyone who stopped by on Saturday – it was fun meeting you all! And check here at Unexpected Philadelphia to see dozens more reassuring faces between now and Election Day.
“Oh, come on – just a little smile…?”
Keep flipping that script!
